Pretty Rhythm is a Japanese media franchise targeted towards girls that started in 2010. The main Pretty Rhythm arcade game focused on two elements: dressing up your custom character using real collectible Prism Stones and the rhythm game performance aspect. Multiple tie-in in anime series were produced, and this shrine is mostly dedicated to the anime.
In 2014, the Pretty Rhythm series evolved into the greater Pretty Series
with the release of PriPara. Eventually, I'll rebrand this shrine to be the Pretty Series shrine instead so I can cover the later installments. But I haven't even finished all of the main Pretty Rhythm anime yet... so... that'll be in the Dear Future.

Why Pretty Rhythm?
I love Pretty Rhythm. I originally got introduced to this very specific genre of anime from Aikatsu, which eventually lead to me watching PriPara. I always knew that PriPara had weird predecessor shows where the characters had ice skates, but I was happy with watching PriPara and didn't feel the need to watch the originals. ...But eventually, I got curious and decided to commit to watching the whole Pretty Series, starting with the Pretty Rhythm shows where it all began.
When I began watching Aurora Dream, the one thing I was shocked by was how... immediately good it was? Usually when you fall in love with a series years after it starts and you go back to earlier installments, there tends to be a bit of... early installment jankiness present. While the CGI is rough in early Pretty Rhythm, and the music isn't exactly the best, the actual show and its story were surprisingly engaging and fun. If you're a fan of a later Pretty Series show or Aikatsu, I highly recommend you go back and watch the earlier stuff!
